PVC型材是由PVC樹脂添加各種功能助劑后，經過高溫擠出成型的工業和生活用PVC產品。
按性能可分為硬質和軟質兩種。硬質PVC型材多用于建筑方面，如制作PVC門窗，PVC地板，PVC管材等；軟質PVC型材用于PVC軟管，輸電電纜等。

PVC型材生產線由真空定型臺、錐形雙螺桿擠出機、切割貼膜機、牽引機、翻料等組合而成，可以根據不同型材斷面及模具，選用不同規格的錐形雙螺桿擠出機。真空定徑臺：采用特殊加大旋渦流冷卻系統，便于冷卻定型，根據不同模具、定徑臺可選用4米、6米、8米、10米等規格，以滿足高速擠出的要求。
擠出機：采用螺桿設計，使高分子微發泡塑化均勻，產量高。采用進口高品質變頻器，轉速穩定，保證主機，輔機的同步運行。

切割機：移動速度與牽引機保持同步，設計合理、運行平穩，可自動定長切割，并配備粉塵回收裝置。
牽引機：采用我公司獨特升降技術，工作平穩、可靠性好、牽引力大。
