如何提高PVC管材的導熱性能呢？

隨著工業與科技的發展，一些領域對材料中PVC管材的導熱性要求非常高，如：換熱工程、電磁屏蔽、電子信息等，對導熱塑料材料提出了更高要求，希望材料具有優良的綜合性能。

填充材料和成型工藝對塑料導熱性能的影響甚大，因此提高導熱塑料PVC管材導熱性能可從以下以下方面著手：
第一，開發新型導熱填料;第二，對填料粒子表面進行改性處理。

從定義看，復合高分子材料中粒子大小可以認為不影響熱導率。實際上，粒子尺寸為數微米以上時，熱導率不受粒子直徑的影響，但是，粉體領域的粒子直徑，即粒子直徑在數微米以下時，熱導率隨著粒子直徑變小而增加。PVC管材異型材這是由于粒子分散狀態變化，易產生二次凝聚而形成粒子連續體，而使熱導率增大。換言之，這種效果是因不同分散狀態而影響熱導率的。例如，分散粒子AL2O3的粒徑為1ΜM以下時，熱導率就會變大。
