PVC擠出型材在日常生活及工業上很重要的產品給生活帶來極大的便利，使用范圍也很廣泛。在PVC擠出型材工序中有些產品會出現低韌性問題，那么要怎么解決這個問題呢？

PVC擠出型材加工生產過程就是從機頭模具出料后直接進入水槽浸水或噴水冷卻，使PVC物料從模具出口迅速降溫冷卻，達到冷卻定型的效果，使用PVC冷頂硬頂擠出法加工的產品外表較亮，光澤度好。PVC熱拉擠出是PVC料從機頭內出來經過定型模冷卻定型或軟PVC直接進水冷卻定型。

PVC擠出型材在冷頂擠出加工中會出現低韌性問題，主要原因是碳酸鈣的用量過多，這時候我們可以降低碳酸鈣的用量和可以提高CPE或MBS的用量。冷頂擠出加工是一種技術活，所以我們在進行冷頂擠出加工及原料助劑等使用上要注意比例，才能生產出合格的塑料異型材。俗話說細節決定成敗。
